Brands cannot pay to change our opinions or Flow Check results. We feature products because we think they’re worth knowing about, whether or not a commercial relationship exists, and we’ll tell you if something we recommend has a downside.

How we label links

Posts that contain affiliate links include a disclosure near the top, and paid partnerships or sponsored features are clearly labelled as such, in line with the US FTC Endorsement Guides and UK ASA/CAP guidance.

If a brand sends us a product for free, we say so in the post.
